Overview

This role will drive the evolution of global Teva Consumers Solutions and Commercial IT integrated multi-channel capabilities through a series of strategic projects across a complex enterprise.  This individual will lead large scale IT program engagements and projects to successful completion while demonstrating excellent project management and system development best practices.  They will engage with business leadership to ensure proper expectation setting and partner with stakeholders to ensure proper strategic planning, alignment, integration and visibility.  He or she will need to drive consensus and decision-making with business, IT, Teva Consumer Solutions with executive management to balance competing priorities.  They will oversee direct reports and lead matrixed teams while maintaining visibility of day-to-day activities with project teams to mitigate risks and addressing program and operational obstacles as needed.  This individual will provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders while closely managing project financials.  They will also recommend options or solutions that meet new and evolving business needs and lead the selection the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific requirements. He or she will lead the development and implementation of strategic solutions to business problems in-line with the overall global commercial IT architecture through application of personal experience, industry knowledge and validate solutions with subject matter experts.  This position requires excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate should possess a successful track record of obtaining results in a large corporate, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities                                                                                          

 

  1. Establishing yourself as a trusted business partner who can represent and evolve the iMCM function globally and contribute their overall success
  2. Developing and managing a portfolio of IT project and activities necessary to support the goals of integrated Multi-Channel Management COE and global commercial functions
  3. Build plans in partnership with the business in a way that allows the organization to succeed while incorporating the operational realities of supporting functions, including TCS and IT.
  4. Building and leading a team that translates the roadmap and portfolio into actionable projects, budgets, staff and delivery plans, and ultimately, supported capabilities
  5. Managing budget and deliverables for projects
  6. Creating mutual accountability with business partners to determine success metrics for all projects, and drive post-launch measurement and cross-functional reporting of these metrics to ensure successful projects and proper lessons learned
  7. Sharing accountability for successful deployment of projects, including playing an active role in ensuring the business understands how to harness the technology for better business outcomes
  8. Partner with the business to understand and evolve their key processes around integrated multichannel management.
  9. Understand and anticipate strategic, market and/or operational needs, and drive conversations for possibility
  10. Translate those needs into effective and/or improved processes and/or business solutions
  11. Design and delivery against a long-term strategic capabilities roadmap for the future of the specific function and Teva
  12. Work with the IT Shared Services organizations for design, delivery, and support of technical solutions and PMO for Project Management.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education Required:

BA

Education Preferred

MS

Experience Required:

Experience with SalesForce.com systems and framework

Experience with integrated multi-channel management,  marketing strategies and programs.

Vision and experience with defining and driving strategic global programs, platforms and capabilities.  

Experience in commercial operations processes and systems.

Experience in leading and delivering large complex multi-year global commercial IT program and projects in the US and Global Commercial organizations

Vendor management experience

Experience with the SDLC and PMI Processes

10-15 years IT/Industry Experience

Company/Industry Related Knowledge:

Pharmaceuticals, Multichannel Management, Multichannel Marketing
