Overview

 

The Integrated Project Manager (iPM) develops and manages an integrated multichannel project plan on behalf of Teva’s Specialty Brands. The iPM is aligned to one or more Teva Specialty Brands and works closely with the Teva Brand teams and iMCM Advisors.

 

The iPM manages key activities, timelines, internal and external stakeholders to enable the execution of tactics defined in the brand’s tactical plan. In addition, the iPM will have responsibility for alignment with appropriate agency/service provider resources and maintaining efficient project workflows and submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the capture of integrated multichannel tactic requirements utilizing tools including creative briefs, tactical briefs and business requirement documents
  • Communicates, assesses and monitors tactic adherence to channel and content standards (e.g., content templates, guidelines, tagging standards, taxonomy)
  • Develops and maintains a detailed integrated project plan that defines the key activities, milestones, roles and responsibilities across the Brand, iMCM COE and agencies to enable execution and adjust to changing needs
  • Coordinates across channel operations, Brands, agencies, internal teams, and external service providers to ensure timely execution of marketing tactics and efficient project management workflows
  • Facilitates approval of submission and production proofs as part of overall medical/legal/regulatory review process
  • Maintains, tracks and reports on the status of individual projects, resource utilization, operational trends and contributes to forecasting demand
  • Leads and participates in regular cross-organizational status meetings to monitor progress against project plan and assess completion risks
  • Identifies and resolves critical risks and issues, escalates as needed and works with channel operations to understand and address issues with in-market tactics
  • When appropriate, looks for opportunities to leverage existing content in a re-purposing approach prior to the creation of new content

Qualifications

Education Required:

Undergraduate BA/BS degree in applicable discipline

Education Preferred:

Advanced degree in related discipline

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of three years relevant marketing project management experience
  • Project management experience in a professional services firm
  • Experience managing digital marketing projects
  • Proficiency with project planning and management tools (e.g. MS Project, Workfront, JIRA)

 

Preferred:

  • PMP Certification
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
