Overview

The position will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering Human Resources programs and services for Teva’s Global Specialty Medicines (GSM) business globally. Incumbent will support the heads of these functions and participate fully on the global leadership team as they redesign and restructure their organizations globally, helping to lead change management initiatives and overseeing all people management related issues in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management as well as organizational design and development.

  • Lead, assess and manage the human resources strategy as it pertains to the client organizations in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, organizational development and design, and employee relations.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with business goals and are implemented in accordance to established Teva processes.
  • Build and maintain responsive human resources practices possessing the business insight, service orientation and professionalism necessary to support the company’s performance and business objectives.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to the business leadership teams and build effective and strong business relationships with internal clients.
  • Partner with Teva Regional HR Management, COE and Shared Service Center teams to support people management issues and day to day support for key initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal clients on organizational design issues and lead organizational change by working with management to identify business needs and implement appropriate solutions. Actively identify gaps as well as propose and implement changes as necessary to manage and cover risks.
  • Manage complex and challenging human resources projects cross-functionally.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment of key top talent in a creative and responsive way to meet the demanding, ongoing needs of the organization and its clients.
  • Drive succession planning processes for key talent and critical hiring needs.
  • Drive performance improvement processes and promote positive changes in the people management arena.
  • Identify potential employee relations issues, offer guidance and provide strategic initiatives to promote a productive and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a large, complex, matrixed, and fast-growth global business.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in all areas of HR with a strong focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and organizational development and learning.
  • Working knowledge of compensation.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
