This Order to Cash Track Partner position will be responsible  for the assigned Order to Cash business processes within the Order to Cash E2E Track within the Enterprise Program.  The expectation of this role will be to work closely with the business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts as well as other business areas within the Commercial organization to identify opportunities to improve business processes, support all project related activities, and to support the Commercial Department.  The Track Partner will ensure all assigned project deliverables are completed on time and comply with established project methodologies and SAP best practices.  In addition, this role will help to lead the business/technical solutions in analysis, design, development, testing, data migration activities and training for the Commercial business processes. 


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhere local solutions to the global template .
  • Work closely with Commercial Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise regarding system design and development.
  • Work closely with system developers on design, testing, and troubleshooting to support system enhancements and implementation.
  • Responsible for adhering to master data compliance and quality standards.
  • Responsible for assigned data migration activities.
  • Lead all relevant team meetings, document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Thorough understanding of the overall project timelines and align on cascade deliverables and milestones.
  • Accountable for timely completion and quality of all deliverables and documentation associated with assigned Commercial business processes.
  • Work closely with other Track Partners within the Order to Cash track as well as the cross-funcitonal Track Partners.
  • Understand interdependencies and ensure integration with other E2E tracks as well as the interdependent projects (Vistex, Revitas Flex, and PriceRight)



  • Bachelor’s Degree.  Master’s Degree preferred.
    • Must have 3+ years experience in a regulated industry
    • Must have 5+ years experience in complex SAP environments supporting SAP SD processes.
    • Must have prior experience on project teams supporting ERP system (SAP) imlementations, configuration and enhancements.
    • Proven experience working with the following SAP modules: SD, FI/CO and HANA.
    • Experience with other tools are beneficial: Solution Manager, Aris, HP Quality Center Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM), and Revitas Flex (CARS).
    • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, effectively and simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

    Travel Requirements


    This job requires domestic travel up to 25% of the time.
