Overview

Position Summary

 

The Manager, Specialty Data Integration & Field Nursing Support will have two primary responsibilities.  First, they will lead the data integration initiatives for all product launches with contracted specialty pharmacy distribution and or significant Patient Services Hub requirements. This includes data integration support for Patient Services Hub, Specialty Pharmacies, Integration Partners and QIMS.  Additionally, the role is responsible for managing the data sub-team to deliver comprehensive cross-functional reporting needs for the Brand and senior leadership. As the project manager, they will lead large cross-functional teams and develop, manage and maintain project plan(s).  This role requires training and understanding of HIPAA regulations and working with Teva’s Patient Privacy Officer to ensure compliance with all applicable patient privacy regulations.

 

Secondly, the role will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day field planning and operations support for our field-based Certified Nurse Educators (CNEs) and their management.  These responsibilities include data management, customer targeting, territory alignments and field planning, analysis, reporting and incentive compensation planning. 

 

Travel Requirements

This position is based in Overland Park, KS and may require occasional travel.  

Responsibilities

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities                                                                       

1.

Coordinate all data Integration activities specific to product launches with contracted specialty pharmacy distribution, integration partners and/or Patient HUB services.  Responsible for creating test files, coordinate testing repetitions, analyze outcomes and implement solutions to problems that are identified during the testing cycles.

2.

Lead and facilitate the identification, development, preparation, and testing of cross-functional reports required for a specialty pharmacy or Patient Services Hub product launch.  Post-launch will provide responsive support to Brand and leadership by identifying additional reporting requirements and modifications to existing reports.

 

3.

Lead the day-to-day field planning and operations support for our field-based Certified Nurse Educators (CNEs) and their management.  These responsibilities include data management, customer targeting, territory alignments and field planning, analysis, reporting and incentive compensation planning. 

 

 



Qualifications

Position Requirements

 

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)

Education Preferred:

Business, Information Systems, Mathematics or related analytical degree, MBA

Experience Required:

·   3-5 years of professional level experience in leading similar cross functional initiatives involving report development, data integration or extensive data analysis.

·  3-5 years of project management experience. 

·  Competence in the basic Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access

·  Experience with Tableau and/or other BI Reporting tools

 

Experience Preferred:

Prior pharmaceutical commercial team experience.  Prior supervisory and launch experience.  Conceptual understanding of the roles of other functions within a North American Specialty Medicines organization.

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:

Experience with formal testing or developing IT logic is preferred.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)

Education Preferred

Marketing, Information Systems, Mathematics or related Analytical degree.  MBA

Experience Required:

5-10 years related Pharmaceutical experience

3-5 years Market Access experience

Experience Preferred:

Pharmaceutical Analytics and Reporting with a strong knowledge of Managed Markets – QI, FTF, DRG and Formulary data

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:

Computer literacy, strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access). Fundamental understanding of database technology and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, & QLIK.
