Overview

Position Summary: 

This role is responsible for supporting all operational functions of Teva’s North America Specialty Medicines (NASM) Market Access internal and field based teams and is also responsible for management of Teva’s enterprise wide sales reporting infrastructure and application platform. This position must have a breadth of commercial experience as it works closely with cross-functional customers in each therapeutic BU, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, IT, Market Research, Marketing Contract Operations and Health Systems Marketing.

 

For Market Access support this role will be responsible for all reporting needs across Teva’s ASI platform, ad-hoc reporting and other sales reporting systems for internal and field based roles. The position will be responsible for data quality across all Market Access data assets and operational deliveries and will be responsible for data quality escalation and resolution with shared services operational teams and 3rd party vendors. The position is responsible for all application/reporting training, operational planning, alignments, ad-hoc analysis and management of formulary relationships, Method of Payment summary and Product Market baskets and is an advisor for incentive compensation planning. The role will manage all applicable Market Access 3rd party vendors including but not limited to ASI, QI, FTF, MMIT and DRG to ensure service level agreements are met, project plans and deliverables are acted upon. Lastly the role will lead the Market Access Field Power User advisory groups to ensure best practices, gather feedback and operational enhancement requests.

 

For enterprise wide sales reporting this role will be responsible for a team of Analysts supporting enterprise and ad-hoc reporting for all Field Based and internal partners. The role will require developing Therapeutic COE partnerships to understand strategy, coaching and developing a team of reporting analysts, providing vendor management to our 3rd party partner ASI, business requirement definition, project management, validation and quality control processes, production schedules for all ASI and ad-hoc reporting deliverables. This role will participate in Sales Ops Shared Services therapeutic teams focusing on operational best practices, reporting, targeting, alignments, Incentive Compensation, call planning and other business strategies to ensure reporting outputs and deliverables are aligned to therapeutic strategy and requirements. The role will lead and facilitate therapeutic Sales Reporting Field Power User advisory groups to provide training, ensure best practices and facilitate feedback and enhancement requests. Lastly this role will oversee the NASM Third Party Agreement (TPA) management process with internal and 3rd party partners.

Responsibilities

 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities                                                                                 

 

1.

Responsible for all Market Access reporting across ASI, ad-hoc reporting and other sales reporting systems. Responsible for data quality, escalation process and procedures within Market Access data assets.

 

2.

Responsible for team of Analysts supporting all Field Reporting and other internal partners. Includes developing Therapeutic COE partnerships, coaching and development, vendor management, project management, validation processes, data quality, production control and all ASI and ad-hoc reporting deliverables. 

 

 

3.

Responsible for all Market Access planning, analysis, alignments and maintenance of ASI reporting, Fingertip Formulary (FTF) and/or MMIT, formulary relationships, Method of Payment summary and Product Market baskets.

 

4.

Responsible for participating in, leading or managing 3rd party vendors (i.e. ASI, QI, FTF, MMIT, DRG, Knipper, Veeva, etc.) to ensure service level agreements, project plans and deliverables. Oversee US Third Party Agreement (TPA) management process with internal and 3rd party partners.

 

5.

Participant on the Sales Ops Shared Services therapeutic teams focusing on operational best practices, reporting, targeting, alignments, Incentive Compensation, call planning and other business strategies. Ensure Market Access and Reporting process are aligned to therapeutic strategy.

 

7.

Lead/Facilitate the Market Access and Therapeutic Sales Reporting Field Power User advisory groups to ensure best practices and gather feedback and enhancement requests.

 

 

 

Qualifications


 

Position Requirements

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)

Education Preferred

Marketing, Information Systems, Mathematics or related Analytical degree.  MBA

Experience Required:

5-10 years related Pharmaceutical experience

3-5 years Market Access experience

Experience Preferred:

Pharmaceutical Analytics and Reporting with a strong knowledge of Managed Markets – QI, FTF, DRG and Formulary data

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:

Computer literacy, strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access). Fundamental understanding of database technology and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, & QLIK.
