The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of tactics utilizing specialized channel expertise in one or more customer engagement channels. The Implementation Specialist translates tactic requirements into high quality outputs working with Teva’s channel execution service providers or internal expertise.


  • Documents detailed channel requirements for implementation

  • Supports the Channel Lead with the development and deployment of standards and templates

  • Works with Integrated Project Manager to validate timeline feasibility

  • Reviews build kit materials and confirms alignment with channel-specific standard templates and provides options to address any gaps

  • Monitors service provider’s progress during content production to ensure alignment with project plan timelines

  • Resolves or escalates issues to Integrated Project Manager(s) or Channel Lead

  • Conducts QA, proof reading, and coordinates testing to ensure produced asset matches build kit materials

  • Communicates any issues, with proposed mitigation steps, during or post execution to integrated project manager to identify any additional implications across tactics

  • Assists Channel Lead in deployment, maintenance and evolution of channel systems/ capabilities and coordinates related testing activities

  • Works with brands to monitor and optimize utilization of websites and enhancing the online customer experience

  • Identifies reusable standard website components and validates feasibility of development timeline

  • Governs adherence to standards in web platform, reuse of platform components, and integration

  • Understands brand needs in web channel and manages the evolution of web platform

  • Manages relationship with web development provider and google analytics provider

  • Collaborates with MCM analytics to define and evolve tagging / taxonomy standards for the web channel

  • Collaborates with Commercial IT regarding data integration and web platform migration

  • Reviews website build with relevant stakeholders to confirm alignment with brand objectives and requirements

  • Oversees the storage of build kit materials from Agencies in centralized repository for reuse

  • Monitors website performance following launch

  • Assists channel lead in developing, maintaining, and evolving web channel capabilities



Education Required:

Undergraduate BA/BS degree in applicable discipline

Experience Required:

  • Executional experience in developing websites across different screen sizes including utilization of responsive design and dynamic content
  • Strong background in the development lifecycle of digital assets, including websites and online media
  • Knowledge of HTML/SQL programming
