The role will be based at the TEVA HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

In order to deliver on this journey, Teva is looking to build a Europe Rewards team that operates as a true Centre of Expertise – providing best in class total rewards solutions, but also leading the professional development of our Total Rewards professionals and training our HR Team on best reward practice.
In this role you will be responsible for developing a shared platform for the Cluster Reward directors to deliver effectively in the countries. You will work with Corporate Total Reward colleagues to provide expert input from an Europe perspective as well as leading the delivery of projects and initiatives in Europe.
This role is critical to the transformation – requiring an exceptional blend of expert reward knowledge and the ability to plan and execute delivery of projects through a wider reward Network.
15% (domestic and international)
Designated Regional Contact for all Corporate Total Reward experts and Project roles.
Create and Own the Inventory of Reward Items, Systems and Processes - reaching out directly to all Countries in the Cluster to put information in a format that Cluster TR leads can then maintain
Reward Data Management
Develop a Training Cycle (annual) on all Reward activities to grow the professionalism of the Total Rewards Europe team
