Enterprise Program

The Enterprise program is a significant transformation initiative for Teva. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across Teva sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Primary purpose and function of this position

Head of Enterprise program - a significant transformation initiative for Teva. Responsible for implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across Teva sites worldwide (60 countries and 70 plants). Executive manager of Global, Regional & local teams (around 300 employees + 150 external resources).

 

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing, planning and executing the implementation of Teva's strategic global business solutions as defined by Teva's business owners and approved by top management.
  • Collaborate and align with Global IT leadership and Senior Business stakeholders. Manage extensive matrix interactions with multiple stakeholders within the company.
  • Own the program overall plan, execution and milestone deliverables, including budget planning and resource assignment.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to standardized methods, tools, procedures & policies established by the global and corporate teams.
  • Manage all 3rd party global vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracts and execution.
  • Manages the operational activities of Enterprise organization with accountability for results in terms of Budget, AOP and HC optimization
  • Provides direction and vision to Enterprise global management team to achieve strategic goals and roadmap milestones
  • Establish and operate the SAP support organization

Qualifications

Education and Knowledge Requirements

  • Proven global experience in leading large scale SAP ERP
  • Proven experience in managing project planning, methodology, budget and AOP
  • Leading large scale teams & senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical business processes and solutions - advantage

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 50% international travel.  Position can be based in North Wales, PA or in Israel.
