Overview

 

Teva Respiratory (TR), a member of the Teva Pharmaceuticals North America Brand Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing to assist in the management of a leading ICS (Inhaled Corticosteroid) brand. Teva Respiratory, a world-class competitor in the area of respiratory therapy, is seeking an assertive, quality-driven, detail-oriented, self-starter who can get things done to fill this brand management marketing role.

 

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing will provide input into the development and management of both the short and long term brand strategy to drive brand sales and growth.  The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing leads the tactical execution of brand activities with targeted HCPs delivering against predefined strategies to achieve brand and business objectives and goals. 

 

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of professional promotion for the brand

Works with agency partners to plan, develop, implement and measure tactics aligned with strategies.

Manage segments of brand budget.

Partner with internal stakeholders to meet sales and operating profit objectives.

Work closely with peers on brand team and within the franchise to devise and execute an integrated commercial strategy.

Develop relationships with key HCP customers, industry thought leaders and advocacy organizations to enhance brand equity.

Provides input into forecasts and manages major portions of LRP and AOP

Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. 

Aligns organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct.

More tenured and experienced than Brand Manager.  Other projects and duties as required/assigned.

Qualifications

Education Required:

Bachelors Degree

Education Preferred

Post Graduate Degree

Experience Required:

≥ 7 Years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience, ≥ 3 years of marketing experience or equivalent, serves as mentor for other marketing staff, demonstrates understanding of the brand planning process.

 Experience Preferred:

 Pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function – preferably pharmaceutical sales experience.  People management.  Launch experience.

 

 

Company/Industry Related Knowledge:

Respiratory therapeutic area knowledge and experience preferred.
