Overview

The Senior Revenue Analyst will support the revenue function by accurately recording, analyzing, and reporting revenue.  In this role, you'll handle analysis of reserve percentage, take care of updates to related reserve percentages, and manage the review of exposure, including but not limited to trend analysis on sales, reserves and allowances.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of sales and sales reserves
  • Assistance with preparation of daily scorecard and daily/monthly BI Adjustments
  • Assistance with the preparation of accounting analysis for sales reserves
  • Ongoing coordination of requirements with sales operations, customer service and marketing
  • Support the Financial, Planning and Analysis function in the preparation of daily financial reports
  • Support the Royalty function in their calculation, payment and analysis process
  • Participation in financial statement close process for assigned areas of responsibility
  • Maintain/develop documentation around current and revised processes
  • Follow Teva Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned or as business needs require

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • CPA preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years accounting or auditing experience required
  • 2+ years in public accounting with concentration in the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred

Specialized or Technical Knowledge:

  • Excellent PC skills required, notably Excel

Functional Knowledge:

  • Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving and process focused skills
  • Must have attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Must be well organized
